Warranty Terms:

  • Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only, and the official warranty policy will apply.
  • Warranty duration depends on the product model (6 Months / 1 Year / 3 Years) and it must be clearly written on the warranty card.

When Warranty Becomes Invalid

  • Water damage

  • Fire damage

  • Hit/Impact

  • Wrong charger or wrong voltage

  • Misuse of the product

Moreover, third-party repair or opening the product instantly cancels the warranty.

Additionally, damage caused by power surge, lightning, or unstable voltage is not covered.
Also, adapter, power supply, and cables are excluded from warranty service.

What You Must Keep for Warranty

To claim warranty, you must keep:

  • The product box

  • The warranty card

  • The original serial number sticker (must remain intact)

If the product has a major defect, you may get a replacement within 7 days.
After that period, we offer repair service only.

Exchange Policy

  • If the product has an issue, you may take warranty or exchange, but the exchange must be within the same brand.
  • However, all models are not exchange-eligible.
  • If the new model costs more, the customer will pay the additional price difference.

Service Timeline

  • Usually, the warranty or exchange process takes 4–7 business days. However, in some cases, this time may increase depending on the product model.

What Is Not Covered

  • Software-related issues (like configuration or settings errors) are not included in the warranty. The customer must use the product properly and maintain it responsibly.

Retail Store Disclaimer

  • Tech Somahar is a retail sales center. We do not manufacture any product; therefore, the full warranty process follows the rules of the supplier or manufacturer.

Courier Policy

  • If you want warranty service through courier, you need to send the product via courier. In that case, the customer will bear 75% of the delivery/courier charge.
